This program supports:

  • individuals and groups to take up national or international activities

and

  • individuals, groups and Tasmanian organisations to bring arts professionals to Tasmania to conduct creative and/or professional development activities.

Aboriginal arts program.

Arts Tasmania's Aboriginal Arts Program supports arts projects and activities by Aboriginal artists and organisations that stimulate contemporary, traditional and non-traditional Aboriginal art forms and practice.

The Aboriginal Arts Program is focused on providing opportunities for professional development through mentorships, fellowships and projects that demonstrate strong developmental content.

The FIND Contemporary Jewellery Collective Bursary.

The FIND Contemporary Jewellery Collective has partnered with Arts Tasmania to assist emerging and mid-career contemporary jewellers to undertake relevant professional development activities.

Tasmanian Aboriginal Arts Mentoring Scheme.

This program aims to develop the capacity of young Tasmanian Aboriginal arts and cultural practitioners to undertake projects that enable them to further their careers, enrich their artistic practice and contribute to Tasmania's arts sector..

Tasmanian Residencies.

This program supports Tasmanian artists to undertake residencies (four weeks in length) at locations across Tasmania.

GRANTS + FUNDING

 

Low-interest loans.

This program provides loans towards capital improvements and equipment purchases.
